As a 10+ year industry vet, I’ve been a part of countless commercial campaigns, raising the bar time and time again on everything from national TV commercials, to global streaming ads, to radio spots, and so much more.

I take great pride in being a dynamic and versatile actor, easily jumping in and out of tones on command to offer many options that will help enhance visuals, connect with an audience and add a creative flair to any project to help bring it to life.

I also come from a background in commercial radio in sales, as a writer and project manager. I used to manage national radio campaigns for major clients like Apple, Lionsgate, ABC and more. How fast is your turnaround for commercial spots?

Most short scripts (15–60 seconds) are delivered the same day or within 24 hours. Longer scripts or complex production requests may take a bit more time. If you have a hard deadline, just flag it, Austen will meet the schedule.

Do you offer live directed sessions?

Yes. Sessions are available via Source Connect, Zoom, Google Meet, or phone patch. If you prefer another platform, we can usually accommodate it.

Can you match a previous read or brand tone?

Absolutely. Austen references your examples (past spots, brand reels, mood boards) and can replicate or iterate on a selected take. Consistency across campaigns is a priority.

What if we need revisions?

Light performance pickups tied to the original direction are typically included. Script changes or major creative shifts can be handled quickly and are quoted based on scope.

What file formats do you deliver?

WAV (48k/24 bit) is standard for broadcast. MP3 and other formats are available on request. Stems and alternate reads can be provided as separate files.

Can you add music, sound design, or provide a mix?

Yes. Austen can supply voice only, voice + music, or a full mix with basic sound design. If you’re working with a post house, we can deliver clean, labeled VO stems.

How are commercial rates determined?

Rates depend on usage (where the ad runs), term length, media type (TV, radio, streaming, digital pre-roll, social), market size, and any exclusivity. Share the media plan and we’ll provide a clear quote.

Do you handle casting if we need multiple voices?

Yes. If your concept calls for multiple talent, Austen can coordinate auditions and present options that align with your brief.

What if we have multiple cut-downs or versions?

No problem. If you’re creating :06, :10, :15, :30, or :60 versions or platform specific cut-downs, Austen can record variant reads and taglines to fit each edit.

Can you record legal supers, disclaimers, or medical fair balance?

Yes. Austen is comfortable with compliance heavy reads, including precise pacing for on screen supers and medical fair balance.
